In 2011, the humble Edwards Fruits and Veg store in outer Bendigo underwent a remarkable transformation, evolving into Edwards Providore the key Tenant at the new Woolworths site—a vibrant destination celebrating local produce and craftsmanship. Relocating and rebranding, the space was reimagined with a rustic-modern aesthetic, blending farmhouse warmth with contemporary design. This inviting setting became the perfect showcase for premium fruit and vegetables, artisanal deli goods, and handcrafted confections, all complemented by a 70+ seat café.

Beyond the café and retail space, the project encompassed a full commercial kitchen, cool room, upgraded facilities, and thoughtfully designed branding and signage, both inside and out. Mandy and Greg’s unwavering dedication to this bold new concept paid off, earning them an exclusive invitation from Woolworths to collaborate on all future endeavours.
