Bendigo

In 2011 the humble Edwards Fruits and Vege store in an outer Bendigo suburb was granted new life, relocating and rebranding to become Edwards Providore. Embodying the simplicity of farmhouse comfort and craftsmanship, this rustic modern interior formed a beautiful backdrop for the locally produced fruit and vegetables, deli products and confectionary available in the delicatessen and 70+ seat café. In addition to the café and retail space, the project included a full kitchen, cool room, toilet facilities and external and internal signage and branding. The Mandy and Greg’s commitment to this new concept was rewarded by an invitation from the landlord, Woolworths, to be a part of every future Woolworths endeavour. Congratulations Mandy and Greg!
